'What If' Week - Day 7Andy could very much feel his heart tugging in two separate directions.
He had to protect his friend; but he also knew very well that he couldn’t tell others of what he foresaw. Hell, that’s why he’d been keeping his abilities a secret ever since he got them. He caught Klaus giving him a strange look as he thought, and immediately responded to the previous question. “I- Uh… Whatever way you think we should go, I guess.” he responded, but immediately felt guilty. He couldn’t try to change how things went, either. He had already tried before, and it made things worse- he still had a few scars from it, even. He begged that he was wrong for once, but he still caught Klaus keeping his eye on the path to the left. No no no no no no-
“I dunno; I’m thinking left.” Klaus shrugged. FUCK, Andy thought in despair. He couldn’t stop himself from speaking up.
“Maybe we shouldn’t. Kailey could be the other way?
'What If' Week - Day 6Despite it only having been a bit over two days or so, the rich boy’s hair was already dirty and tousled with muck and pine needles, his skin bruised here and there and his shirt’s sleeves bearing slight rips at the end. It was more from bolting through the forest’s thick surroundings in hopes of surviving than anything… He had already run into a predator or two searching to make him their next meal.
Klaus gave a deep breath, dropping the wood nestled in his arms to the ground. With a snap of the fingers, sparks danced along his hands. With careful precision, he knelt down, allowing the sparks to make contact and erect a small, growing flame. The dark of the night was only going to worsen, so it was better to get a fire going the second he saw the sun low in the sky. He gave a small smile, almost proud of himself. Sure, the situation wasn’t exactly what he’d call good- but at least he had his powers to help him survive the worst of it.
'What If' Week - Day 5The young super was horrified with himself.
Clawed fingers tightened around his arms as he continued to shiver- terrified, close to tears. He’d been cursed. He had to have been. Horns trailed down his skull from the top, shrinking as they came from the top to the bottom and soon meeting together at the top of his neck, which was slightly elongated. Red marking covered his skin, though most were covered by the thick, baggy sweater he had thrown onto himself before leaving his home. He pupils were unequal in size, both glowing yellow around eerily green irises. A thin, devil-like tail wrapped around his legs tight, as if the hug him close in comfort.
A deep sigh escaped his lips, the tail falling back to his side to hang off the edge of the roof. He supposed that this was some sort of ‘revenge’ from those whom he had refused to join. “If you must have powers-” he repeated their leader’s words that had been directed towards him, “-than you can be
'What If' Week - Day 4With a make-shift crown atop his head, Daniel held a deep, unimpressed frown. “So much for not altering anything.” he huffed under his breath. The men and women around him were primitive to the point, all smiling expectantly up at the teen standing upon the rock they had placed him atop. One had caught him using his super strength, and now they knew about more of his powers as well; namely his speed and his laser vision. It wasn’t like Daniel meant to be caught using his powers. He hadn’t planned on it, after all… Hell, all he wanted was to get back home, to his own time. He wasn’t even sure how he got here in the first place; something about trying to stop another villain when there was a flash and a BOOM!! and everything had gone black… Up until he had woken up about to be swallowed down into a dinosaur’s gullet. That one he was forced to gut by shooting crystals at the inside of its mouth, as well as frantically shooting heat be
'What If' Week - Day 3Joshua knew that it was increasingly obvious that he was feeling weak that day; especially to the two scientists he was currently with. Arnold frowned at him in worry, as James had a few moments ago- though the taller of the two had to go off to the side in order to keep their current invention stable. The youngest of the three tried to smile assuringly, though it remained obvious that it was fake and he knew it. The truth was, he was feeling incredibly drained. Thinking of the word ‘drain’ was enough to make him cringe slightly, the hunger creeping in further on him. He had already spent the day outside, no thanks to his car breaking down and forcing him to walk to work. The sunscreen did help him survive, of course- but that didn’t mean that he wasn’t weakening by the time he got to his destination. Added to that, he had barely eaten anything throughout the course of the day. He had managed to discreetly scarf down a few mosquitoes here and there when he caugh
'What If' Week - Day 2On one end, Andrew felt that he had been falsely accused. On the other, he had been so angry during the event that it was a bit blurry, and thinking back to it, he could’ve very easily have gone as far as the victim claimed.
He’d never hurt someone on purpose- or, at least, not to such a point as pulling a knife on them. The blonde didn’t understand what could’ve gotten over him. And despite his anger as he was shoved through the dark halls of the stony building, he was still glad that the victim – though originally Andy’s attacker, in the first place – wasn’t severely injured. The fifteen year old glanced around with a frown. He knew this place was very clearly a jail; it didn’t matter if they called it ‘juvenile detention’, or whatever the officer had said. There were cells that were closed off like different rooms, rather than by bars, which he supposed was nice… Sort of. He turned his head around to look at the
'What If' Week - Day 1The scientist released an agonized scream of frustration before slamming his head down on his desk. Through the lens of the robotic creature’s eyes, he could see both supers of Dellville smiling proudly at each other; with Crystal Eye, more of a ‘You did good’ sort of look, while Lightning Dust looked rather excited and energized by the fight. “Stupid!! Stupid, stupid, stupid supers!!!” Dr Melfton screeched angrily. He glared up at the screen and scowled. He wouldn’t hate them so much if they just stopped getting in his way. His plan would already be complete. He’d not have a reason to hate them; and in truth, he’d rather not. Crystal Eye had saved his son more times than even he could count, after all.
He straightened out his back, but still leaned on his desk with a frown as he heard a loud beep, indicating that someone outside of the lab had pressed the button for the speaker. Sure enough, he almost immediately heard Dian
Imprisonation - PrologueVoices pounded and echoed around him, but everything was too blurry, ever-shifting, changing from dark to darker to a strange bright red shade.
“-and had made his vision clearer than any human could know. The sudden change back destroyed it completely; he’s lucky not to be blind.”
“Depth perception- Completely neutralized. Doctor, give mental stat-”
A loud buzzing invaded his mind and he gave a loud moan, gritting his teeth hard. He sensed the doctor’s eyes whip to his form, and he could actually feel them burning him with pure hatred and disgust.
“Please. Like he was ever stable in the first place.”
The pain was beginning to set in on him, and he felt it burning through his chest and stabbing his heart, and he actually gave a choked sob from the pain. The doctor didn’t seem to care.
“Medicate the freak. He’s going under special treatment.”
W-what? Special treatment? Wait, tell me what’s g
I Remember (HTTYD)I remember the warmth of the world
The rays of the sun against our skin
Heating the rocks to a cozy temperature
As we lay atop their surface
Pretending it was made just for us
I remember you rolling around in the grass
As I draw in the thick, coldening dirt
With the long branch in my hand
And I remember you wandering to my side
Soon creating your own maze of lines for me to cross
I remember you nudging my side to awaken me
Just as the moon rises into the sky
Reminding me of my promise to you
My lips curl into a toothy smile with my laughter
While you push me to my feet without patience
I remember the wind through my hair
Sensing your joy as we soar through the night
Above the clouds
Above the fear of everyday life
Knowing that neither of us have a care in the world
I don’t remember ever wishing for anything more
Ominous- Jeff The Killer x Reader Ch.9"What are you doing?" You glared at Jeff, pulling away from him roughly.
"I was about to do some killing!"
"I can't let you do this. I was the one who dragged you into this."
He said, looking at the ground angrily.
"Well, you're not the boss now are you? I have orders, and I intend on following them."
"But you know this isn't what you want." Jeff growled. "Once you kill, there's no going back. Your mind becomes tainted, and you're seen as a monster to the world.
"You don't know what I want. My entire life changed when I ran into you. I've accepted my fate. Why can't you?" You chided.
Jeff couldn't understand. Of course you knew the sacrifice you were about to make, but there were only two options:
Kill or be killed.
You shrugged and turned to leave, but Jeff wasn't finished. He grabbed your arm and stopped you.
"You shouldn't do this. Try to think clearly!" Jeff had a strange tone in his voice, like concern. It was not like him at all.
"Since when did you start caring about me? L
Words Of GuiltSlowly Donnie snuck through the lair, doing his best to be as silent as he possibly could so no one would know he was sneaking out. while he was sure everyone was asleep he still had to be cautious with how he moved so as not to make a sound, a result of living with a family of ninjas. Once he was sure no one was watching him Donnie turned and scurried out of the lair, moving down the tunnel that led to the nearby subway tunnel. His foot had just moved to step into the subway when he felt someone grab his shoulder, pull him back and shove him against the wall.
He lashed out, trying to strike the person who had grabbed him only to feel the person grab his wrist and twist before pinning his arm against his chest.
"Where are you going Donnie?"
Raph's voice was low and vaguely threatening. Donnie did his best to seem unafraid.
"n...none of your business!"
he lashed out with his other hand, connecting with the side of Raph's face making the red banded turtle stumbled backwards a bit. Donnie
Silent but Awesome--Prussia x Male!Reader-PT 3
Previously: 'While the albino was laughing at his own joke,(M/N) slipped out from under the piano and made a break for it.
'Maybe it's not so bad here. Sure I miss Austria and Ms.Hungary, but this guy is pretty cool~'
Thump. A manly scream resonated through the hall and (M/N) snickered to himself.
'...Annnnnnd it's pretty fun to make that Proosha guy run into doors.'
It's been about 2 weeks since Prussia straight up kidnapped Vienna.
Every morning it was one of two constant routines. If the capital woke up for the albino,(M/N) would silently drag the poor Prussian out into the yard and turn on the hose. (He almost drowned him once or twice, though.)
If Prussia woke up first,he would always steal all of the teen's clothes and leave him with only a wacky costume in which he'd have to wear in order to search for his garments. Boy was he evil. And it was different every day. T
The Fox and the Bat: Role-Play
The once black night sky was slowly disappearing to reveal a red, orange and then yellow set of hues over the horizon in the distance. For many creatures, they were already near their home, so all they had to do was scurry, slither or walk into their place. However, for a certain fruitbat, it would take a while to fly back. Jess, the bat, cursed inwardly for having flown out this far in the first place, but she had been craving to get an orange from the grove. Well, she knew she had to pay the price by being late to get back home, but it was worth trying out that sweet yet rare fruit for her. She at least had put one orange about the size of her body in her feet claws, but she wondered if she'd be able to carry it the whole way.
Another problem, although, were her wings. Jess had been using them the whole night it seemed. With a groan, she glanced down into the trees below. Maybe stopping a moment wouldn't be too bad. She carefully flew down in ther
Helsa - Distractions
It was nighttime in the kingdom of Arendelle, and Snow Queen Elsa was once again up late. Her sister, Anna, was away with Kristoff on an ice harvesting trip. The young queen often envied her sister's freedom, but her rising workload kept her focused on the task at hand. After signing her fifth treaty, the queen's blue-eyed gaze wandered off again. Her eyes darted for the door as the nob began to turn. Her heart raced at the thought of who it was. Sure enough, it was Hans, prince of the Southern Isles. He had been visiting on a diplomatic mission.
He smirked while leaning into the room."A little late for work, isn't it?"
Elsa huffed while shaking her head. "It's not that late."
"It's one.", chuckled Hans. "Don't you ever take a break?"
The icy blonde pointed at herself and stared him down. "Queen. Remember?"
She returned to her paperwork as he stepped in, closing the door behind him. "Right riiiiight.", he joked. The prince sat on the couch adjacent from her desk and tugged at his glove
Confessing your love
He tried to focus, tried to clear his mind of all distractions like splinter had taught him too. He tried to take deep breaths, tried to relax. But nothing helped. Sighing Leo opened his eyes, his shoulders slumping as he ran his hand over his face. it wasn’t often he got scared, really scared. yet today, when they had faced shredder for the first time…..that had scared him. He’d panicked, lost his focus and……his heart clenched as he remembered the look of terror on his secret mate’s face as the large marquee letter had fallen down on top of him. His heart thundered in his chest as he remembered the panic and dread that had gripped his mind and body making his scream and claw at the large metal letter trying to pull it off Mikey. He’d felt relief flood his body when Mikey had emerged from under the letter, his body covered in dust and dirt but seeming to be ok.
Sighing again Leo did his best to calm his thundering heart. Mikey was ok, yes

[Some backstory for this preview – Immediately following the Infomercial, the government issued a widespread confiscation on all Brawnafiers, essentially declaring martial law in the process. All Brawnafiers appeared to have been taken off of the market. After a few months of the product disappearing, the Power Company, under heavy scrutiny of the government began creating a series of NuBrawnafiers, which had severely limited capabilities in comparison to the original model.

Damien's Time - Confrontation With Jehovah As Apollo and Artemis were coming in the door of the cave, Apollo was already beginning to speak, “We have a major problem,” he said as he looked between Lucifer and Lilith, “Jehovah has came down to the Earth and he is demanding that the two of you appear before him. He knows that our community has had contact with Lilith, and that we have been helping her. He is not happy about it.”
Lucifer became angry as he heard this, “I honestly don't care what Jehovah demands ! It is none of his business what happens down here ! He chose to banish Lilith from the area of Earth that he has control over, and she is free to do whatever she wants now ! We are free to interact with her however we want ! We may have lost our right to reside in our old home, but Jehovah does not have any right to tell us how to live our lives now that we are down here on the Earth !”
Apollo and Artemis both nodded along with everything that J
ParaNorman - A Witch's Curse - Preview"Neil, we've been going around for hours. It was probably just you're imagination getting the best of you!"
"N-no I definitely saw something!"
Norman rolled his eyes, groaning in annoyance as he continued to follow Neil around the forest. He had called Norman up frantically, claiming to have seen something near the forest that looked like something the Witch would conjure up. Though Norman had a feeling it was just something he had done with his new-found powers by accident, he didn't bother suggesting that to him. After all, that would've involved telling Neil about having the Witch's powers, and right now Norman didn't feel safe telling anyone yet. Not even his parents knew about it. The only person that did know was Courtney, but that was only because she was there when he found out about it. She had promised not to tell anyone as well, and so far she had kept that promise, which surprised Norman a little. After all, his sister was into gossip, but he didn't bother putting too
